Nneka specializes in  working with clients from all walks of life, backgrounds and cultures. Cognitive  Behavioral Therapy will be used to help  clients through an intentional journey of    uncovering the affects of  different aspects of their lives. Identifying patterns, affects, and behaviors that  past circumstances and dynamics  may have on present experiences will help build a better quality of life.

Self awareness is the foundation for living in a place of decency. Live in a place where you don’t have to question your motive, your thoughts , behaviors or feelings because you know and have an understanding of self . Your  experiences during your life journey shape the person you  were and are. Decency means you won’t let it affect who and where you want to be. Together we will unlock self awareness, build boundaries but most importantly truly learn, unlearn and accept the parts of yourself that no longer serve you, but we’re once needed.
